Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at info@olivecreek.co.za within 14 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping the Return

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the regular return process
