Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
After placing your order we will email you your order summary.
We make use of Courier Guy and here are the Rates (as at November 2023):
Gauteng Rates:
- Flat rate shipping of R45 on orders under R650.00
- Free shipping on orders R650 and above
Note: Bulk Orders due to weight will attract higher shipping fees calculated at checkout
Rest of South Africa Rates:
- Flat rate shipping of R65 on orders under R750.00
- Free shipping on orders R750 and above

Delivery Times
Cut off Time before 2pm (SA Time GMT+2). Orders after 2pm will be treated as orders the next day.

Pickup
We do offer pickup services with special arrangements (info@olivecreek.co.za).
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
Tracking of Delivery
Once your Order has been captured into the Courier Guy System we will add a note onto your order with a link to the Parcel Tracking System of Courier Guy.
An email will be sent to your email address provided at order entry time.
Courier Guy will send a notification once your order is “Out for Delivery”
They will email or SMS a PIN to you that you are required to provide when receiving your order.
